Bryan’s role is to market and sell your property, or help you find the right property to purchase. As the only full-time Broker practicing real estate in Girdwood who does not routinely work in the Anchorage market, manage property, or have any other business interests, Bryan is able to leverage his knowledge of the market in order to help you achieve your objectives. Upon special request, Bryan will work with you to find the right property in Anchorage. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management, and nearly 15 years of experience in corporate business and real estate, Bryan brings to the Brokerage a professional business approach. Upon completing specialized training in the sale of distressed properties, Bryan was awarded the Certified Distressed Properties Expert designation. Bryan holds the Custom Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is the only Licensee in Girdwoood offering specialized experience and skills in marketing fine homes. In addition, Bryan has been designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists by completing advanced education requirements and demonstrating superior skills in real estate sales. An avid user of technology in his business, Bryan is a member of the CyberStars and has been certified by the National Association of REALTORS as an e-PRO. An active member of the community, Bryan has volunteer ski patrolled at Alyeska Resort for over ten seasons, sits on the Board of Directors of Girdwood 2020, sits on the Girdwood Board of Supervisors, and has served as the Vice President of the Girdwood Board of Supervisors, Land Use Committee. Although currently licensed with RE/MAX of Alyeska, Sharnee has been licensed with RE/MAX of Wasilla, The Kristan Cole Team. As our Closing Coordinator, she works closely with Bryan to ensure that your transaction closes smoothly and per the terms and conditions to which you have agreed. With a degree in Business Administration, several years of experience in home building and real estate, and as a licensed Broker Associate, Sharnee closes an average of over 300 transactions per year for about a half dozen Licensee’s in south central Alaska. Although the mother of two active young boys, Sharnee manages to volunteer throughout the community in different capacities, including sitting on the Board of Directors of the Four Valleys Community School and the Girdwood School PTA.

While diligently working together to help Buyer’s and Seller’s meet their objectives, Bryan and Sharnee have combined their efforts and been recognized by RE/MAX for their outstanding performance. Bryan is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, the RE/MAX Platinum Club, and has been the Small Market top producer in the state of Alaska.

When not in the office, one can find Bryan and Sharnee spending time with their two boys, Preston and Noah. Although always near a cell phone and ready to help you with your needs, you might find them on the slopes of Alyeska Resort, hiking or biking around Girdwood, camping, or maybe even sea kayaking in Prince William Sound.
